We could not of asked for a more spectacular day to kick off our 6th year of full time RV life!

The day began with a 10 mile sunrise float on the Snake River in Grand Teton National Park. A moose even made an appearance along the edge of the river! If you are visiting Grand Teton National Park and are interested in a float trip, we highly recommend Triangle X Ranch.

We then drove some back roads through Jackson Hole, down into the town of Jackson, grabbed an iced coffee and a muffin at Cowboy Coffee Co and kicked back at one of their sidewalk tables.

After soaking up some of the Jackson vibe we headed back up to Mormon Row and took in the beautiful dramatic skies above the Teton range. (Of course many photos were taken) Next up, we decided to check out the gift shops in the park before heading back to camp for a nap.

Later that evening we swung into Million Dollar Cowboy Bar in Jackson for dinner. We had no idea that the steakhouse part of the establishment was in the lower level, fancier than what we anticipated and typically one should make reservations. However today was our lucky day and just as we arrived two seats opened up at the bar. No reservation needed there! Only after we had gotten our fabulous steaks did Greg notice the number embedded into the bar right where we were sitting…..a 6…..for a dinner where we were celebrating the first day of our 6th year of full-time RVing. 🥰

After dinner we popped over to Teton Tiger for a cocktail and were blown away by the amazing smells coming from their kitchen. After perusing the menu we really wished we had another night in town so we could come back. Next time!

We then headed back to Million Dollar Cowboy, to the main bar room and enjoyed some live music before heading home.

A truly memorable day which hopefully will continue to be the theme of our full-time travel adventures.
